The bar features a wide range of pálinkas; pure fruit brandies imported from countries including Hungary, Croatia, Montenegro and France; wide variety of European beers, local and Hungarian wines, and spirits. The head chef, Viktor Sallay, is a native of Budapest, Hungary. He has over twenty years cooking experience in a variety of cuisines including Hungarian, Russian, Italian and Modern Australian. Together with his partner, David Buchler, he aims to bring to Melbourne an authentic Hungarian menu in a warm, casual and friendly environment.
