The Rezműhely Kft was established in 1991. Since that time, they have become the determinative factor of the renovation of historic bulidings in Hungary, Belgium and Austria. They participated in numerous renovations of national monument’s and the furbishing of the decorative ornament structures and the tinsmithwork. These all extend the amount of our references. The company’s main profile is manufacturing and renovating decorative ornaments. The well-equipped workshop and the professional knowledge rendered their uniqueness possible in Hungary. This is the trademark of Rezmuhely for 20 years. The company has been working on constructions for more than 10 years in Belgium. Their first challange was the reconstruction of the ornamental metal’s structure on the Palace of Justice in 1999. They also export their home made products to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, United States of America and Japan. Their group consists of 25 experts who are punctual and precize building craftsmen – ornament tinsmiths, tinsmiths, carpenters, roofing contractors – making a very effective group. Furthermore, the firm is in good relationship with constant, responsible subcontractors in case of extra need of carpenters, tinsmiths and sculpters. The firm is dedicated to perpetuating the tradition of roof ornaments and passing on a unique, noble art to future generations.

The legal predecessor of our company, the Electric Automation Institute (VILATI) was founded in Budapest by the Ministry of Metallurgy and Engineering in 1960. In the course of times the name of the institute was changed to Electric Automation Prime Contractor and Manufacturing Company in 1978 first, then to VILATI Automation Company in 1985. The number and worth of the investments in the field of oil and chemical industry has been decreased since the end of 90th. Changing in activities and participate on new markets has been required by this fact. The target market was the build and construction industry with the new scope of electrical installation. The success of the decision has been marked by the changing of the turnover during last years; while the turnover given basically by the oil and chemical industry some years ago, today it is produced mainly by the construction industry.

Market Építő Zrt. was formed in January 1996, as a fully owned Hungarian business venture without a legal predecessor. The private persons who founded Market have had the ambition to make it a construction company with a strong foothold, high performance and presence all over Hungary. In 2002, a change was made in the ownership structure of the company, with Wallis Ingatlan Rt., undertaking a stakeholder role in it. The company has implemented more than 210 construction facilities, worth 95 billion forint, in the last ten years. The company’s professional work was recognized in 2002 with the Budapest Architectural Award for Excellence and in 2004 with the Construction Award for Excellence.

The tasks of the National Federation of Hungarian Contractors (ÉVOSZ): representing the interests of Hungarian building contractors on national and international level, fostering the development of professional ties and exchange of information between member organisations as well as between Hungarian and international organisations, establishing an in detail professional judgement on acts and decrees related to the construction industry, promotion the technical and professional development of the construction industry.
