Chicago, October 17th, 1995: Paprikàsh Restaurant opened its doors to the dreams of two men with one vision. The vision was to see their families’ soul-warming traditional recipes, passed down through generations of Hungarians, shared with the world… or at least with the citizens of Chicagoland. Twelve years later, in Arlington Heights (close to the Arlington Park Racetrack and the Metra Station, at 602 W Northwest Highway) that vision is still alive, and as strong as the garlic in the langòs and the thickness of the Beef Goulash.
