The executive body of the Alliance is the Presidency, and the Council by the majority of votes elects all of the 17 members of it. The Presidency is lead by the President, the executive vice-president and the four vice-presidents. The Central Office of the Alliance is in Szabadka – Subotica that is led by the Head of the Office elected by the Presidency.
