Vinyasa Yoga (in English): Sattva now offers weekly asana yoga classes in the vinyasa or flowing style, a vigorous style of hatha yoga. The practice is an exercise both for the body and for the mind. Classes focus equally on strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation; no previous yoga experience is required. Instructions are provided to suit different levels of flexibility, experience and energy. Each class ends with time for restorative poses and relaxation.
Birthlight Yoga for Pregnancy, Shakti Yoga for Women: Réka Gáborjáni started practising yoga 19 years ago in a previous political and cultural era when yoga was not such a fashionable fitness business as it has become by now. In 2003 she earned a Birthlight Pre and Postnatal Yoga Diploma in Cambridge, UK with Francoise B. Freedman. Since then she has also been participating in teacher-training Birthlight instructors in Hungary. As a doula she learns and practises empathy every day, and this work influences the atmosphere of her friendly, accepting and personal classes. Reka offers general Shakti yoga classes for women in small groups, private yoga lessons, private yogatherapy sessions for special needs, yoga for pregnancy: pre- and postnatal period (classes or private lessons), doula service.
Ashtanga Yoga Shala - Yogasanas Budapest: Tom Hoppel is the primary teacher, and director, of Ashtanga Yoga Shala - Yogasanas Budapest, which opened in May 2004 right after Tom came home from his first three months of study with Pattabhi Jois , Sharath Rangaswamy and Saraswati. Yogasanas was the first studio of it’s kind in Budapest. The purpose of opening Yogasanas Budapest was to bring a more interesting mix of the style of yoga practiced in both the West and the East to Budapest. Yogasanas Budapest offers a broad range of classes including, Ashtanga Beginners, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Krama, Hot Yoga and Regular Beginners classes at a professional level in English. Tom is a dedicated yogi and his main interest and desire is bringing his diverse yoga experience to his yoga students in Budapest.

Ayurvedic massage and Astrology consultation are also available at Atma centers in Budapest. The Center offers 90 minute yoga classes in a room heated to 36 degrees and moisture up to 60-70%. The teachers also speak English, so they can guide you through the poses and help enjoying a steaming hot yoga experience. Hot Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, yet traditional yoga system. It is a demanding workout as well as a flowing meditation of movement and breathing intertwined. Wellyoga classes are designed for those who cannot tolerate the heat of a Hot Yoga class. It is suitable for beginners, or those having some health concerns or those who need special attention.
