Vinyasa Yoga (in English): Sattva now offers weekly asana yoga classes in the vinyasa or flowing style, a vigorous style of hatha yoga. The practice is an exercise both for the body and for the mind. Classes focus equally on strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation; no previous yoga experience is required. Instructions are provided to suit different levels of flexibility, experience and energy. Each class ends with time for restorative poses and relaxation.
