IOM Regional Office in Budapest: The International Organization for Migration is the principal intergovernmental organization in the field of migration. The organization is rapidly growing and currently counts 120 member states and more than 20 observer states as well as an increasing number of intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations with observer status from all regions of the world. IOM is present in Central and South-Eastern Europe since the beginning of the 1990s. Since then, IOM has extended its activities to all the countries in the region.
The aim of the Foundation is to help those foreign people and mainly the overbroad Hungarians who would like to live and work legally in Hungary. The Foundation helps in every administration connecting to residental permit, work permit, permit of residence.
